I have hired Sue Watkins on occasion for petsitting services, and feel I have complete freedom from worry while I am on vacation. She has proven to be not only dependable, but also trustworthy, meticulous, as well as caring ...... just the type of person you want to be attending to your pets. Sue walks my dog – a Jack Russell Terrier named “Daffy” – once a week. To say that Daffy enjoys the walk and looks forward to it would be a major understatement. Daffy somehow knows when Sue parks her car out front and she gets VERY excited. By the time Sue makes it to the front door Daffy has done about 100 circles and her tail is going like a fan blade. When Sue finally comes into the house, Daffy is “raring to go!”

Sue really likes animals and the animals know it. She establishes a real connection and the animals both listen to her and are anxious to please her. Daffy’s weekly walk with Sue is the highlight of her week. They both come back from the walk in great spirits.

I have known Sue Watkins for the past 9 years. I count it a privilege to have gotten to know her in many different aspects. We fellowship at the same church, she boards her horses with us, we share the same passion and love of horses and other animals, and I consider her a very good friend.

In the 7 years she has boarded her horses with us, she has helped us with the many chores associated with a ranch - from cleaning water tanks, mucking stalls, and corrals, grooming horses, assisting with the birthing of foals, and many, many more.

When we have gone out of town Sue has taken care of all or our 'kids' - including 15 horses, 2 cats, and 4 dogs, as well as taken care of the ranch. There are very few people I would trust with this responsibility and Sue ranks at the top of my list. She goes beyond what is expected or requested to be sure that everything is taken care of and all of the animals are safe and secure. I trust her explicitly with the care of my animals and my home.
